Our Facility

Harbor City CrossFit is Brevard’s “original” and most experienced Cf gym! Our gym is a 7000+ sq’, indoor/outdoor, fully equipped training facility dedicated to real strength and conditioning, for sport and life! Our expert coaches are cross certified in Olympic Weightlifting, strength training, conditioning and fitness, basic gymnastics, nutrition and running/endurance. We have lots of open floor space as well as three large Olympic Weightlifting platforms and 15 smaller platforms, fully equipped with power racks and squat stands. Pendlay and B&R barbells ( men’s and women’s), Werksan, Eleiko and Uesaka, color coded, Kilogram bumper plates. “Prowler” sleds as well as pulling sleds. Large tractor tires of various weights. We have Kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bumper plates, plyo boxes, medicine balls, slam balls, parallettes, still rings, climbing ropes, crash mats, gymnastic mats, resistance bands, and a massive pullup bar complex. We use “Glute Ham” developers and Concept 2 rowers. We have two private showers and lockers for members use. Everything we do is programmed, coached, led or supervised in a way that ensures results.
